Que: How do I proceed on for digital download items?
Ans: After we acknowledged your payment, we'll send your file packages via Megaupload delivery to your default email address that you use for your Paypal payment with us.

Que: How long will it takes to proceed after I have done my payments?
Ans: Usually we'll acknowledge your payment and send your file packages to your email address within 48 hours. If you didn't receive our email after 48 hours, please contact us immediately.

Que: What if I miss to download in time?
Ans: We'll re-send the file(s) to you for downloading again. It takes a lot of times and efforts for us to upload the file(s) for you to download it. So please help us by checking your mailbox regularly for our emails after your purchases, so that we don't have to re-send the file(s) again.

Que: Is it safe to use my credit card here?
Ans: Don't worry, we use PayPal for our secure transaction and your credit card is 100% safe.

Important note, please read: Please do not buy anything from here if you do not acknowledge and agree to some basic requirement here. By purchasing items here, You acknowledge and agree that all products sold here are all digital products for digital downloading and therefore no CDs, DVDs or any shipping involved. Please make sure that your email address is contactable and that your mail box is not full. We need to use that email address in your PayPal account to send you the download link and password for unzipping the file(s) after your downloading.
